You and Dan really do mix good old fashioned customer service with current technology, knowledge and products. It is really a pain in the neck getting to Seattle, but worth doing business with you. Thanks for taking a risk and running your business the way you do. If have dealt with bike shops in California, New Mexico, Iowa, Utah, Idaho, Washington and North Carolina. Your bike shop is in a class all by itself! Customer service is the thing that makes it most different. Thanks!

We will be up on Saturday June 1 5 at 1 0:00 to have John do our 90 day tune up. I spoke to him about our rubbing brakes and loose spokes. We also got our bike radio in the mail today. We will bring it and show you on Saturday.
