NO KNEE PAIN!

I am so HAPPY to report your minor seat adjustment Friday afternoon, took care of the knee pain I was experiencing from the [Other Bike Shop] bike mechanic moving my seat post 10 days ago prior to Flying Wheels! I couldn't ride the Century because of this, and rode 67 miles with bilateral knee pain!

Yesterday I was able to ride 81 miles (3800' elevation gain) with Cascade WITHOUT ANY KNEE PAIN because of your quick adjustment!

I truly appreciate the time you took out of your busy schedule on Friday afternoon to look at and adjust my bike seat. It made an 8 hour ride, PAINLESS!!! (except for the sunburn of course!)
