Just returned from a 7 day tour in the San Juan mts of southwest colorado. Many climbs over 10,000 feet. My new cyclocross bike pertformed flawlessly---light on the uphills and steady on the downhills. The only thing I might have wished for was a 30 tooth rear cog. I was a bit taken aback by the fit of the bike at first but have found it incredibly comfortable. Much less back and upper extremity fatigue. It may be all psychological, but it seems I generate more power in the more upright position. All in all I am delighted with the bike, thanks for your help.
