I purchased my Rodriguez in 1982 and recently had the pleasure to taking it back to R&E for service and I have to tell you that Smiley is a wonderful professional that provides FANTASTIC customer service. You are really lucky to have such a committed person that really focuses on providing the highest level of customer service. I am so pleased with my recent visit to R&E that I have told several friends who didn't know that R&E was still in exisitence. I will definitely spread the word and I will always take my Rod back to R&E for future service.
