Dan, We have wanted to email you for a long time to tell you how much we love our tandem.  You guys did a great job.  I have no complaints.  We've already had her out numerous time this spring and we biked into Dec last year. Your shop and fellow workers have a lot to be proud of.  You offer an invaluable service.
