90% of the time, your bike will arrive in great shape. Sometimes however, the bike will have gotten damaged in shipping. I just want to let you know that if this happens to your bike, don't fret. It's always a bummer for those who this happens to, but don't let it take away from your experience. Realize that we're still here, and we're not going to go away.
We have taken care of everyone whose bike has been damaged in shipping. We're good about insuring the bikes during shipment, and making sure the driver signs for the bike when he/she picks up the box.
Almost every time that a bike arrives damaged, the damages are cosmetic and the bike is still rideable. In most of these cases, the customer will ride the bike until the shipping company has settled up with us. Once that's done, we can arrange a convenient time for you to be without the bike while we repair it.
